Our prices include breakfast buffet, a small afternoon snack, dinner with 4 course menu and a fondue dinner per person per day at maximum occupancy in the apartment or suite rooms. Our prices are for stays of 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. For extra beds and short stays we charge a surcharge, for the empty beds we charge 80%. Sauna, fitness equipment are for free use. Daily cleaning of your living areas (except the kitchen) is included, the final cleaning will be charged with € 37,00. Internet Hot Spot for a fee. Parking for one car per apartment / room / suite is free, each additional car is the price of € 7.00 per day.

The small print:
We refer to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions! By order of the guest rooms (offer), and by the subsequent oral or written agreement (acceptance) of the Proprietor to provide the desired room is available, an accommodation contract is concluded. This accommodation agreement not only requires the landlord to make the room, but the guest is obliged to comply with its commitment to the room to complete.
